Overall the experience with Rick Harper has been great from the start. He always remained in contact with me through emails or by phone. He made sure to assist me in the best way possible. There was no pressure into me getting the vehicle i wanted. He made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to him. It's been 2 weeks since I had purchased my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I love the car, but all of a sudden my brakes are making noises and my check engine light just came on. Hopefully ...

Bit hard-sell job on the warranty schpeel, but otherwise it was great. The vehicle I purchased was well priced and better than described online. It was worth my long distance drive.
